Participants are invited to submit abstracts of their scientific work for presentation as poster.
An unlimited number of abstracts may be submitted provided the presenting author is registered.
Properly submitted abstracts will be sent to experts for review and selection for oral communication.
The possibility to revise the abstract is not foreseen.

Oral Presentations

A limited number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentation (in addition to the presentation as poster). Authors wishing to present the poster also as oral communication are requested to mark the appropriate field on the on-line abstract-submission form.

General Requirements

The text must be clear, concise, and written in proper English. The content must not have been previously published in academic journals or subject to peer review. Significant technical information must not be withheld. Abstracts must absolutely contain results. Statements such as “results will be discussed” are not acceptable and will lead to rejection.

Structure of the Abstract

Abstracts should not exceed 2000 characters (spaces included) and should be structured as follows:

All abstracts should be accompanied with 3-5 key words (to be included after the conclusions).

  • Background: a brief introduction.
  • Materials and Methods: description of the subjects and methodology used in the work.
  • Results: results of the study with exact numbers and P values.
  • Conclusions: explain what is conclusion of your study.
