The registration fee includes:
– Coffee breaks & lunch as indicated in the programme
– Certificate of Attendance
– Possibility to submit an abstract
Registration fees shall be paid by credit card or bank transfer through the online system.
When paying by bank transfer, a copy of the transfer receipt must be sent to patrizia.sirtori@mzevents.it. Registrations without proof of payment will not be accepted.
The registration secretariat will send the registration invoice upon receipt of payment, via e-mail. Be sure your e-mail address is filled in correctly.
– Registrations cancelled within October 15, 2025 will result in a 20% penalty
– Cancellations between October 15, and October 31, 2025 will be subject to a 50% penalty
– afterwards, registrations will result in a 100% penalty
Registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness and cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
